It is a beautiful picture. Despite the bill color, neither the bill shape or size or structure, nor the head shape, tells me it is a female Barrow's. I am no expert; my experience with f. Barrow's is moderate. So this is an opinion, not a judgement. Hope to hear more by people of greater experience. Love pictures and questions and thinking. Thank you.
